- Temporary License – R80 not applicable for 5km fun run

RACE REGISTRATION
- Manual registrations will be done at Naval Hill, Kenworth Centre & Windmill Casino from 06 until 08 Sept, from 17:00 – 19:00
- Online entries close on 07 September 2023 at midnight https://entries.evententry.co.za/
RACE PROTOCOLS
Runners may enter the Windmill Casino from 05h30 AM on race day.
GENERAL INFORMATION
- Prize giving only for prize winners – will start from 09:00 – 10km, 10:00 – 21.1km as soon as the results have been verified by the FS Technical delegate.
- Results will be available on the Chiptimer website, https://www.chiptimer.co.za within 72 hours post the race.
- Route map will be made available – social, posted at the venue. Athletes need to familiarize themselves with the route
- No tog bag or gazebo facilities.
- Refreshments will be sold at the finish line
RACE OFFICIAL START TIME: 06:30 AM
- Spectators must follow the same access protocols to enter Windmill Casino as runners.
- Parking is available.
- Prize giving will start as soon as all the winners are done, and the results verified by the FS Technical delegate.
- Route map will be made available on social media as well as printed and put up at the venue.
- Toilet facilities will be available, however there are no shower or undress rooms.
- Medical officials will roam the route and a medical station will be near the finish.
CUT OFF TIMES: 21.1KM 3H00MIN (09h30); 10KM 2H00MIN (08h30); & 5KM - Fun Run (08:30)
